HONG KONG – An exhibition featuring 12 panda sculptures opened at the Cheung Sha Wan Promenade in Hong Kong’s Sham Shui Po district on Wednesday.
The sculptures in the “Panda Flair Waterfront Cultural Heritage Exploration” exhibition are adorned in patterns designed by artists from Sichuan province and Hong Kong.
Running through Feb 15, the exhibition blends Sham Shui Po’s rich textile legacy with the intangible cultural heritage of both regions.
Admission to the event is free.
China Daily’s Andy Chong took the photos.
