The inaugural Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo (HKPAX) kicked off on Monday, launching a vibrant series of creative shows -- including dances, spoken dramas, and musicals -- that will be held over the next few days.

Featuring over 60 performing arts programs, the five-day expo aims to facilitate art and cultural exchanges between the special administrative region, the Chinese mainland, and the rest of the world.
