About 10,000 low-income households in Hong Kong will get a chance to have free LED lighting upgrades with the help of enterprises from the Chinese mainland.

At an event on Tuesday, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association announced that it would partner with China Huadian Corporation Ltd to give out a batch of free eco-friendly LED light bulbs to local families.
