HK legacy celebrated via enhanced global ties

To propel the growth of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the greater motherland, local companies and organizations have been diligently forging communication channels to afford the world a deeper insight into the evolutionary path of China.
Belt and Road Creation Resources Ltd, founded in Hong Kong, takes “bring in, spread out, and bridge” as its main mission, dedicated to nurturing cultural and artistic exchanges, and organizing events as platforms for international young artists to showcase their talents.
Angel Hon, co-founder of the company, believes in the power of the arts and culture to bridge gaps and foster understanding. Under her guidance, a diverse cohort of young people from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Tanzania, Panama, and other countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative were gathered together, experiencing different cultures and deepening mutual understanding.
“More chances will be offered and more events will be held to enhance ties among young artists from various countries in the future,” Hon said. “Let the world know more and understand more of Hong Kongand our motherland.”
The four-part feature will highlight the significant achievements of Belt and Road Creation Resources Ltd, narrating the compelling stories of Hong Kong and the nation to an expansive and receptive audience.

The Belt and Road International Young Fashion Designers Showcase, curated by Hon in 2018, serves as a platform for cultural and artistic exchange and trading opportunities through fashion design. It also aims to create new connections around the world.
This signature event, originated in Hong Kong, took the format of a touring showcase that spans four continents. In 2018 and early 2019, it brought together international talents in cities that included Reykjavik, Iceland; Panama City, Panama; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; and Zhuhai, China.
